About me

I am Iryna Kot, an artist from Kyiv, Ukraine, working in the tradition of the European classical school of painting. I graduated from the Kyiv Academy of Arts and Architecture, where I studied under Professor Vasyl Hurin, and went on to refine my practice over many years in the workshop of Alexander Titov.

A member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine, I have been an active part of the artistic community since 2005, exhibiting regularly and taking part in plein-air painting events. My work has been presented in numerous exhibitions.

Teaching is an integral part of my practice. Since 2007 I have taught drawing and painting at private studios, guiding students of all levels with a method of my own design.

Since 2022 I have lived and worked in Kraków, Poland.
